Whats the best power washer?

Just started looking around for a power washer something I can use to clean the deck before staining or wash the car ( not the Chally) as well as to have the power to clean concreat deck bofore staining.

What kind of power do I need? electric or gas? Whats the best buy?

For simple stuff, Home Depo has some of those little electric ones, that are cheap.
I have a oil fires heated one, but iut is like 3400 bucks now.......
