Fender tag decode

Hi, I would like to get a fender tag decoded if possible. I just bought a 74 chally from a board member here. The car is in very nice condition and I was wondering if someone could please decode the tag. Thanks for any help in advance.

You just purchased a Barracuda last year too, similar options....Got any photos of this one?

Good call Cody, makes sense to me and in that position and can't really be anything else.
