'73 440 engine, What's it worth?
« on: May 24, 2006 - 01:25:06 PM »
I found a '73 440 engine out of a wagon, has a 727 tranny with it. The motor is said to be frozen up, the tranny lost 2nd gear. I am curious what its worth. The guys asking $200 for the combo. I am really not in the market for an engine, but might pick it up for a reasonable price.

$200 is a reasonable price if it is salvagable.
