I asked the guy a few times if it was Harry's place and he was familiar with Harry and insistent it wasn't him. My father, who collects antique cars, said he was once told of a yard in Johnston that had a lot of cars. I don't want to get excited about this yard but if I don't check it out I might miss a find. I will definatley let every know what I found. After I have gotten all the good stuff! Just kidding.

Saturday was mine's bday,  I took extra care of her on mothers day and I sold one of my cars so  I should be in the clear here.

clear?  You should be sitting pretty for years to come, haha

Hey Djr 71, I would appreciate a heads up on that, and if you told me that I want this ,this, and that etc,I would not beat you out of it even if I needed it badly! I'm sure I would find enough other stuff that I need, with eleven Mopars, that I would not have to have what you need! Theres not a lot of yards that had the hindsight to save this stuff around here, and if they still have it,then their not to keen on parting with it in the first place! I went to Jounior Carpenters place, and he had a lot of Mopar stuff, but I don't think he really wanted to sell too much of it,because he wanted all the money for everything! He had way more Ford stuff, than Mopar or anything else! Let me tell you, down in that yard, there are people who actually live out there in the woods! Its like Deliverance out there! My friend saw a part he was looking for in the back of a delapitated Datsun pickup, that looked like it had not moved in twenty years! When my friend picked up the part, and a guy came out of the woods, and started yelling at my friend, not to touch his stuff, and got in the derelict, and drove it away! I couldn't believe it! So be careful in some of these yards! Those boys were out there!

I am calling the guy tomorrow and I will let you know as soon as I get the directions. My better half (still sucking up) is from Johnston and she is wondering where it is too.
I hope this is not a wild goose chase but you never know.

I just talked with the guy who told me about this yard. He said it's a private place and he would need to come with me. But because it's suppose to rain this saturday he wants to wait until next week.

Yep, the weather's back   :woo:  :woohoo:
Everythings better when it rains  :grinno: :pullinghair: :swear:  :crying:
I heard it"s supposed to suck through the weekend, and although there's nothing quite as fun as wandering through a mudsoaked boneyard, if you reshedule for next week, I'd still like to go.
