« on: July 03, 2006 - 06:45:06 PM »
After being in the pool all day I was thinking forward to Carlisle and was wondering if the Fairfield Inn has a pool?

Yes,

It's not the world's largest, but they have one.

:roflsmiley: Duh, I would think the concept of a pool in 80-100 degree weather would be to cool off, right?  :roflsmiley:

OK, right now the weather service says it "feels" like 100 degrees out there now. Do we need a heated pool??? I'll cast the first "NO" vote!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :stomp:

Unless you were talking about a pool on the islands it stands to reason that the ocean water temps would indeed be cool comparred to the air temp. However a shallow pool soaking up the sun's rays will not be cool in 80-100 degree weather.

There ain't nothing wrong with blonde haired ladies either by the way, in fact some times my wife will use a little product called Sun In or something like that, it's not a dye but with the effect of the summer sun it lightens the color of the hair. I've seen pictures of my wife when she was a teen  :droolingbounce:  :woohoo: and she told me her hair was blonde until she turned about 20 and then it started to darken. Her daughter was blonde when I met them, she too now has brown hair..? And our daughter has a lil girl that has had blonde hair since birth, we wonder if hers will darken too. That must be quite an unusual thing to happen ? But when Pam does something "off the wall" I just tell her not to worry, it's just those blonde roots trying to resurface.  :roflsmiley: She's special !
