dana slipping
« on: June 19, 2006 - 06:42:26 PM »
Today I got cocky since everybody helped out and the motor has no more vibrations so I decided to do a burn out and had a nice set of lines for about 15 feet then I felt the car shift and it when to a single tire. :stomp: Is there any thing a guy can add to get the clutches to work for the summer? This winter I will replace or rebuild it. Is a dana cone or clutch pak set up?

There is a small bottle of additive that Chrysler sells for limited slip differentials that makes the clutches grab better.  You may be able to get an equivalent at a parts house.

the additive is a friction modifier , it actually makes the fluid More slippery to stop the clutches from grabbing
