The possibility still lies there but I guess I'm a sort of "need the facts" sorta guy.  It could be a '71 but I guess I would want to know for sure.

I'm kinda curious myself for my own car since my car was made 8/17/71 and there was orange paint under the blue paint on one of my valve covers.

I think I'll start a new topic in the engine section.  Maybe Chryco has some info.
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

 :clueless:Ya I am clueless also... And I am willing to bet Chryco will have the answer to that.... I would really like to get to the bottom of this one now as it has been on my mind all day now...
