Owners of 1970 E-Bodies with red interiors please read.

Hi gang,
I recently came across two broadcast sheets that do not fit the normal pattern of colored column / colored interior with A62 Rallye cluster. So now I am trying to figure out when the change occured. So far other colored interiors besides red fit the normal pattern.
 
Here is what I have found so far, the following 1970 red interior cars do not have A62;
 
Challenger 'vert - SPD 919 - Red column
 
Challenger - SPD A07 - Red column
 
Barracuda 'vert SPD B04 Black column
 
Challenger SPD C03 - Black column
 
So, it looks like the switch possibly came between October 7th and November 4th.  I will attach a photo of where to look on the broadcast sheet for the E5 column color code. I am trying to figure out if these two cars got the red columns by mistake or if there was a production change at some point. If anyone has or sees any broadcast sheet in this range for red interior cars pease let me know?
