My 74 Cuda looks drunk.....has a leaning problem...

My 74 Cuda has a leaning problem...when viewed headon, it looks like the passenger side is lower than the driver side.
And it is....when measured from the lip of the fender to the ground (or from the lower control arms), the passenger side is 1/2 of an inch lower than the driver side. It's off about the same amount when measured at the rear fender lips as well.
One more thing - the car has been pulling to the right slightly. (car has new tires on it)
Any clues as to what's going on?

Adjust the ride height with the torsion bars and then get the front end aligned. That should fix ya up.....
