Added rear sway bar.
« on: August 06, 2006 - 04:40:06 AM »
Finally installed the rear sway bar on the `72 that I`ve had for a bunch of years.I was kinda afraid of having clearance issues with the custom bent exhaust but after taking out the lower shock bolts I was able to wiggle it into place no problem.Last night I took it out to a criuse night and really noticed the difference. The back of the car is much more solid feeling and doesn`t lean as much(DUH!) and handling is much more neutral where as before it would understeer.I also did a traction test at a stop light but it lit `em up about the same as before!  :burnout:

I also had to repaint the rear spoiler due to some voids in the fiberglass popping thru and decided to paint it body color instead of black.
 :useless:
I`ll get some pics later today and see if you guys think it looks better flat black or Tor-Red.
