Want to help a member in need
« on: August 13, 2006 - 04:05:40 PM »
Most of the poeple here have been really good with me and I'm not a parts seller or ripper so I want to try and help someone that may not have the money to get a part they may really need. I would of stuck this in the classifieds but it doesn't fit any category there. I have 1 Challenger taillight lense and bezel for the right person. I want to give it away to someone that may not have the money to afford one and really needs one. They MUST be a member here. I'm willing to pay for the shipping up front as long as they are willing to re-imburse me that when they get the part. I dont want anything in return nor do I expect that. Sometimes havig kids and hard times puts us all back at one time or another. If you know someone and can be genuine as to why they deserve it, please PM me. I know many people in our hobby. own a big Mopar website and host amny others Mopar websites on the net you probably have no idea I do. Im not out to rip anyone, just help them in their time of need or maybe put a smile on the face. Id assume it wouldn't cost more than 10 or 15 bucks to ship this part at the most. If they're so bad off they cant afford shipping, I'd consider even covering that.

Nice Augie!  I hope someone can use it.  Sometimes it's nice to help others as long as they don't take advantage and resell it.  Let's hope that someone who really needs this gets it!

The lens frame has only some flaked chrome(NO pitting) and the lense is perfect. Here a pic

I was hoping the old members here might be able to help verify if the person could be trustworthy of not doing something like that. That's why I wanted them to be a CC member. Any thoughts on keeping them Honest? I have these parts for at least 10 years and they just collect dust, I figured someone who really needs them should get a shot at them.
