Trying to find a NOS shift boot. Best price I've been able to find, even on Ebay, is $69+ shipping. Can anyone beat that?

Sounds fair.
Just make sure he doesn't have another 200 "NOS" boots with buy now prices, otherwise, you guessed it...it ain't "NOS". Or as I like to call those products: "New Old Shlt"
