I need Data Tag help!

Can anyone help a brother out?

I have figured out the bottom two lines of my data tag but line #3 is giving me fits. 
The car is a 70 Challenger and line #3 reads as follows:

EB5  C16  C55  M21  N95  R11

The car was originally a 225 6cyl that is B5 blue (except for the areas that are rust or primer)

EB5 - paint code for roof - Bright Blue Metallic
C16  - Center console
C55 - Bucket seats
M21  - Roof rail moldings
N95  - Evaportive Emmission Control (Required for California sale)
R11 - 2 Watt AM Musicc Master radio

My pleasure. Since it is a 1970 model, what plant is the car from?

If you want to send in the broadcast sheet you found for the Cuda, I will decode your tag for free and let you know if and when the Cuda sheet is every claimed.

I'll get the Barracuda sheet in the mail to you tomorrow. I'll send you a copy of all of my #s too. Thanks for doing this for me. I think I've got most of them figured out, thanks to a couple of different resto guides, but I'd never pass up some more qualified help
