1970 tx9 cuda conv. 340 4 gear
« on: September 04, 2006 - 09:29:43 AM »
:wavingflag: :cooldancing: :feedback:  I recently purchased a tx9 4 speed 340 convertible in Danbury Conn area. I have had excellent luck tracing past owners, and have even got in contact with the orginal guy who ordered this car. Along the way, a guy named Donald Armstrong sold off the engine and tranny because he said the car had too much power, may have had a 6 pk setup on it. Engine was pulled at Van Houghton Dodge. Rumor has it a school teacher in the area may have this engine and tranny. Also a past owner named Stash Polinski had the seats ripped off from him,, tan buckets and rear seat. I am guessing the broadcast sheet was still in these seats. This car was in the danbury area it's whole life, and these items would be awesome to get back to this car. Enclosed are a few pics, enjoy.  The color combo was used to mimic a patrol car in Reidfield Conn,,,the orginal owners occupation at the time the car was ordered,,, thanks for any and all help!!!!      VIN#BS27HOB353171,,,,,,,,Pics are old pic i got from owner #3,, this baby is in boxes!!!

Welcome to the forum TX9!  Your car looks awesome.  Are those old pics of her or is that how she looks now?

Well has anyone heard/seen these parts?  Some more info may be needed to find the motor(vin).  Welcome to the site!
