Essentially, yes. If someone did indeed vote at work and/or his house they would all be under the same IP Address. However, the fact that he rallied multiple people together to vote for him sortof gives him an unfair advantage.
Also, the fact that it was within 60 seconds of registering kindof leads me to believe that this person knew what they were doing. Even if he had been helping them in the registration process, as well as pointing them where to go to vote real quick... I would assume they would want to look at the other cars to vote.
I don't know about you, but I know my way around the forums quite well.... and when I went to vote, it took me at least 20 minutes to decide who I wanted. But then again, I'm quite picky.. and there were soooo many nice cars to choose from! It was a tough vote for me, and I had a good idea of who I wanted to see in the calendar for at least 5 cars.
Anyway, that's just my opinion on the matter.
