73 Rallye Chally, JA5/B5 340, 4-speed

I may look for some in better shape, or not, could chuck a set of speakers in these, apparently 2 owners back from me,
the kid had the killer stereo in it, can't wait to see how hacked the harness is!!

In my 72 i just had a pair of 3 ways in the trunk, rocked that car pretty good,
all the tunes I need are under the hood!!

the car is coming along nicely and cool to find the build sheet for the car ( which not all can be found ), lucky ....

Yep, lesson learned on that one,
build sheet was under the back seat, there is another on top of the glove box,
will get to that when it is time to yank the dash.

after basically sitting in my garage, except for monthly start ups, it feels good to get her all cleaned up,
Just finished dying the console and cleaning the hardware on it, almost looks like I pulled a brand new one out of the box!!
Great forum here, I'm learning tons just reading tech post and resto threads.

Missing some of the screw for the console, curious as to what the screw that hold the woodgrain panel down are supposed to be??

Just thought I would post a pic of the console after cleaning and dying, I put the original console lid on as a comparison photo,
that's what the whole thing looked like before, I'm pretty amazed, Also, made up a small batch of the homemade evaporust as a experiment,
It does Work!!!....... Rusty battery tray and below it is the bracket that goes to the inner fender, it looked just as bad before soaking, had to take a
wire brush to it a few times, then dipped it in Jasco prep n prime after neutralizing,

There was a big car cruise today in a nearby town.  I walked around and looked at over 300 cars before the cruise started.  I saw a nice 73 Fury that was painted JA5.  It had blue interior too!  What a great color combo.  So here is what I've seen so far.

There used to be a all mopar junkyard in Maryland or N.Virginia, B@B if I remember correctly, fell over a six pac intake with carbs first time I walked into the office, Guy who ran the place was
very cool, told him what I was looking for and said he would keep his eyes open. in the meantime I ordered a skin for the other side, I think it's a goodmark,

B&B was in MD, east of DC; I think it was in Upper Marlboro. I literally gave that guy my last parts car, on the condition that I could come by and pick up a couple of rallye rims and tires that were needed for him to easily move the car. When I got there to pick them up he told me he wouldn't give them to me, than I had pulled too much off the car to make it worth his while to take the free car  I sued him, won the case, got my money, and never went back.

So I can advertise it as "Super Rare!!!"," one of one known!!!" and retire early!!!!.....
Not a whole lot to take pictures of, I may get a few up, just cleaning and I painted the battery box, Just used what I had on hand,
going to get a repop later.

The pic on the left of my sig update was taken in Leesburg, after me and a friend swapped the front sheet metal between two Chargers in an all nighter  At the time, it was just around the corner from a Big A, which I think has now become a NAPA.

That's two of us!!!!!,
So i had the day off, took some stuff over to storage to clear garage space, ,
Took two mystery boxes off the shelf that I though had Moparts in them,
Found all kinds of goodies, spare tailight lenses, another flip top gas cap, extra headlight trim rings,
seatbelts, tagged and bagged screws from about twenty years ago, and all kinds of good misc small parts,
lot's of cleaning and detailing in those boxes!!!!!
Have to take a cue from Burdar and do some laundry and see how those seatbelts come out.
