A/C Pic's Needed
« on: September 19, 2006 - 05:07:11 PM »
I'm running the factory A/C lines in the engine compartment on my 74 Challenger. I didn't take them off, so I'm stuck trying to find their proper location.
If anyone has factory A/C, please post a pic or 2 of the A/C Lines from the firewall to the condensor.
Thank You.... :banghead:

That will work. Thank You... :bananasmi
What kind of compressor is that??
Most important, there is a vaccuum line from the heater box, thru the fire wall, under the blower motor. Where does that line hook up to in the engine comp????
Thanks

That is a Sanden compressor. Yes there is a vaccum line under the blower motor. It hooks up to the intake manifold vaccum on the same fitting as the power brake booster.

This is the downside to putting together a car someone else took apart.  :working:
I thought thats where the vac line went, but wasn't sure.
This helped a-lot. Thanks for your time...
