It looks like you need a non lock up - lock up style pump. I beleive you can take a lock up pump and knock that extra ball out and use it . I know if you but a 3 ball (lock up ) pump in place of a 2 ball with all 3 balls still in it the converter will not fill with fluid.

How many sealing rings are there on your forward drum, 2 small and one big?

No , it is not from hauling it. :grinno:
If it is a 904 , you got a 90 percent chance that the converter hub is cracked. :grinyes:
