Mopar Engine Builder Near Chicago?

Anyone know a good Mopar engine builder in the Chicago area?  I know of Mopar City in Oregon, IL, but they seem way too busy or something...I couldn't get them to return my calls at first and the estimate is now three weeks overdue with no call.  Looking for a good Mopar builder that is more reliable.  Prefer first hand referrals if possible.

I know of one here in Michigan 4 hours away!!   All he does is MOPAR!!
