I have a friend who knows a gent with a Hemi block for a 1971 Hemi car that came out of the Hamtramck assembly plant in what had to be the first week of the 1971 model year production run.

The eight digits stamped on the pad are...

1B100236

Casting date is July 28, 1969.

Is this car still around? What was it?

Could it be;
BS23R1B100236 - '71 Hemi Cuda hardtop
BS27R1B100236 - '71 Hemi Cuda convertible
JS23R1B100236 - '71 Hemi Challenger R/T hardtop

Dont forget to register your AAR at the AAR Registry only at www.transamcuda.com 1981 AAR's on file. Also info on 70 thru 74 E-Bodies. Ask me about yours!!
