70 Cuda..wondering it's fate

 Newbie Doug here.

My only e-body connection is a '70 'Cuda my brother owned and sold in the late '80's, maybe in Utah. I wonder if that car might still be around.

It was a yellow '70 'Cuda, 440+6, 4-speed, yellow bumper, yellow mirrors, no vinyl and a Shaker hood. It had around 47,000 miles on it when he sold it.

I remember the body guy found the front bumper bolts broken. So he put chrome bolts through the Elastomeric bumper.

Any info would be appreciated.

Welcome to the site!

Do you have any record of the VIN? If so, I can check my files and see if I know where it is now.

T/Ake care,
Barry

Thanks Barry, sadly I don't have any of that info.

One more interesting tidbit...

Around 1985 I found an ad in the local paper...

"1970 Plymouth Coupe $2200"
He ended up getting it for $1500 and a shotgun. He rebuilt the engine, had it repainted then went bankrupt and sold it.  :'(

I often keep old insurance papers you may find the vin there or possibly your insurance co may have some files on it if you still deal with the same co
