1963 Dodge Dart

A buddy of mine wants me to take a look at a Dart.  He sez it's slant with a push button, 7 1/4 but not bad looking with flat tires....  He doesn't know how much rust though.

Any ideas what that might be worth if it's an Arizona car with no rust ?

360   u forgot the main  part here    Doors.   no rust, no paint, no interior  phoenix car ??  what is the mileage if its a garage oldie car with 25k miles lots more.

2 door  driving with air in tires  $1250-1750   4drs  $500-1000  if it sees  100+ days of 100+ deg and 320 days of sun shine.
