Floor pans: will 72 chally pans fit a 71 Cuda?

I don't know if there is a difference between years as far as appearance but the Chally is wider so will they fit? Looking at them can you tell the difference?  I need floor pans for my 71 Cuda and I found some floor pans out of a 72 Challenger, does anybody know if the repops are any good? Thanx!

My catalog list the same part for both E bodys & all years which I know is wrong as the seat belt mount has 3 different types 70 , 71 -73 & 74
 the Chall was not wider , it was 2" longer so they may need to be trimmed a little to shorten them for a Cuda , the rear pans are probably different though , not the front ones

They will fit the Cuda with some trimming in the rear pans.  Once you have the Challenger ones out and are able to put them by your Cuda you will be able to determine how to make them fit easily.  Front floors are the same.

My rear floor pans ordered for the 73 Challenger were about 2" too short so that may suggest that they list the 'Cuda ones for both as the part numbers were rechecked after the body guy discovered this and they were reverified as correct. So we did some patching but they still look good now that everything bodywise is finished.

I believe most, if not all reproduction pans, are Cuda pans.
