The 10 inch wheel with the 5 inch backspace would probably work and not hit the spring but it would stick out an inch past the quarter panel on the drivers side. about even on the passenger side.
A better Idea is to get the 8 1/2"wheel on the back with 5 inch backspacing.
Interestingly, I fit a wheel like that on the front of my '72 and it worked great with 245s with no mods to the body but I didn't drive it so check carefully before trying it. Like on a car that needs bodywork anyway
The car in the pic has the 10" wheel on the back with 5" backspace and 295s but that's with the B-body spring kit. The front of that car has the 8 1/2" with 3 inch backspacing (mainly because I had it laying around) but the front and the top of the wheelwell is modified to fit.
It was the eighties,,, I know now that it was wrong to cut and weld
