build date?

Thought somebody could answer this for me.On line #1 of my broadcast sheet under the vehicle order number it reads 228]392764.Was it built on Feb. 28th?I'm gonna take some pics of the car in it's current state tomorrow,and try to post those pics.Tried to post some pics of my broadcast sheet and fender tags,but it wouldn't work(said the file was to large)?I'm not real computer savy,not sure what to do,thanks

 228 would be February 28th. This is called the Scheduled Production Date (SPD). It is the day that they thought your car might be built but it does not mean that the car was actually built this day.
