I'm going from a B-body to ebody so here is my done 69 Road Runner. Originally a 383/auto car, its now a pretty good replica for a 6 bbl car (hemi 4 speed, dana, factory air cleaner and hood, etc.).
Prices are all over the place, but I would guess a complete car, like a 69, would go for anywhere between $7k and $14k depending on condition. I think 70s are a little harder to come by but should be about same price range. As for colors, I think any of the stock colors look pretty good. Some colors that look good on e-bodies don't always translate well to the larger, square b-bodies. But thats just my opinion.
