How do I remove the glove box door lock.

Oh is that fun!!!!!!  I used a little pin, you push on the side and it comes out. Easy to say

Unbolt the lock , rotate it 108* ,there is a window in the lock , you need a paperclip to depress the retainer so the lock will pop out , this cannot be done with the key in the lock

Sorry, I must be a real idiot, I see the window I know what I am supposed to see but there is no retainer to push down on.

it is very tricky to gte at , there is a small spring loaded retainer just behind the steel retainer plate , or you can take the door into a locksmithh
