Mopar Muscle Mag actually tries new Goodmark challenger fenders

If you havn't see it yet, the December 2006 issue of Mopar Muscle has a multi page article which shows the Goodmark fenders, in the...er sheet metal. 

The article shows them replacing both fenders on a 72-74 Challenger, and the review of the build quality is very good. An above average product with minimal required modifications. I'm not going to re print the article, and ruin the read some of you are already looking forward to.

The article is written in a deliberatly vauge way which doesn't reveal when the product will be available to the public, and it seems (reading between the lines) that they were a test by Goodmark, rather than used as a market launch review. Has anyone else heard an update? I for one will just NOT pay 2 grand a side for a 35 year old fender, and will buy both at 599 each the day they come out!

I already am on the list for the first shipment of 70-71 front fenders, the guy tells me it will be in the U.S. Dec 20 2006, and shipped to their ordered locations from there.

Site says they are due out in Dec, but I would not bet my Left lug Nut on it....

I would be looking forward to it, but finaly found a good set to use... still it will be interesting to see how well they do fit.
