Don't be fooled by those early 70's Alfa GT's, all though not as quick off the line as a Cuda, they handled very well and had over a 130mph top speed in there day and could be driven at that speed all day. My father had a new one in 1973, and was pulled over for being clocked at 130mph on the Florida Turnpike. The state Trooper said it took him ten miles to catch up to my father. My father was born in Italy and had huge lead foot. In Italy they say, the first rule in Italian driving, whats behind you is not important. :lol:
