Wikipedia entry

Anyone read the Barracuda entry for Wikipedia?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plymouth_Barracuda

Aside from being awkwardly written, what the heck is this? These are the last two sentences in the entry:

"Engine fires were very common amongst the Nineteen-Seventies model. The blower valve would often malfunction, causing a mass influx of heat in the manifold, often resulting in overheats, fires, or engine blowouts."

Wilkipedia entries can be written by anybody and can be edited by anybody.  You don't even have to sign in to do so.  A lot of them are pretty good, although there can be some crazy stuff included.  Looks like somebody just tacked that on to the end of the article.

Me too.  When I went back somebody had added a line about a Barret-Jackson Hemi Cuda.  I deleted the crap about the "blower valve".

Why don't we, as a board, collectively re-write the threads for both Barracuda and Challenger. We can post the originals here, suggest edits in the thread, and compile a final edition, which then could replace the current Wiki entries...
