Does anyone know how much weight you will knock off from going from steel to fiberglass fenders???

I am not sure. It may be around 40%. You will have to use your steel headlight buckets unless it is a newer Challenger. The tech guys at US Body Source may know.

I ran them...but I'm a leaner. I kept hearing them flexing when I was working (too much up front on me...lol)..So I sold them to CudaDan...They look MUCH better on his car anyway.

Fiberglass fenders are a pain in the a$$ on the street because the headlight bucket wont hold the headlights very well and sometimes you have to replace the dogleg reinforcement with a metal one like I did on my red car.
You really don't save that much weight because Mopar fenders are pretty light but real savings is adding a lift off hood. After you get rid of the hinges you save around 100 pounds.
A good tip for 'CUDA owners when replacing everying with fiberglass for street use is to reuse the stock upper header panel and latch support. They don't weigh that much and they hold everything together real well

I agree with that. I put fiberglass fenders, head light buckets and hood on my cuda, and was glad I had the original header panel. Provides good support. So far my head lights have stayed nice and secure, I used screws to hold them in the buckets.
