Holley TBI
« on: December 20, 2006 - 12:41:43 PM »
Has anyone used the Holley Commander 950 TBI - 4-bbl throttle body system.. not the MPFI. I'm wondering about cold starts, driveablity, gas mileage, etc.  I know we kill the EFI topic here  :horse:  but I'm familiar with all the other systems (edelbrock, fast, accel, etc).  I'm wondering if the TBI is a good bolt on. I've got a 340 with a mild cam in my chally at the moment, and i'm not sure if I want to go full blown MPFI, TBI, or just swap it out for a new 5.7.

the Old Holley system was total Junk , the new commander is supposed to be very good but i have not tryed it so far , your top power may be down slightly but starting drivability & milage will be better
