well, the insurance folks called today and said that because it is so low of a estimate ($1600) that they will not have to have someone come out to look at it. all that will have to be done is the estimate has to be sent to them, they will call the shop and talk about what is being done, then they will aprove the amount over my deductable and my car will be repaired. tomorrow i plan on going to the legal office and filing my claim. hopefully it will be approved right away and i will get that to pay the deductable and wont have to pay out of pocket right away. it is really agrivating, but it is going to get the rust that was on that quarter panel taken care of.
