Ever order new glass? ECS Automotive........

I stopped by the body shop today... My body man's RT/SE cming along VERY nicely. Anyway he ordered new door and quarter glass from  ECS. The contours are totally wrong. The glass is flater than the original. You can really see the difference when you lay them next to the original or line up the moulding on the quarted glass. After the second call to ECS they wanted him to call their suppiler to explain the problem. WTF?? Now he's up to the "wondering if he's gonna get refunded stage.  Anybody ever buy from these guys? Or where did you buy yours?

I purchased my Challenger glass from Muscle-city glass about 2 years ago? They were really crap, slow and sent me an SE rear glass.....this was all done via email. Whole thing took 6-8 months to finally complete.

Anyhow...long, LONG story short (Rev can vouch for that! lol) I needed a drivers door glass for the 'Cuda. I had no choice but Muscle city......so this time I called them, made sure it was in stock and when it would ship. I paid over the phone and received it without hassle in 10 days - bloody awesome!! I guess places can change.
