adding a skid plate? how

I have a v8 k frame that will be taking a 440. the oil pan is the mancini 6 qt. repop.  Anyone have some detail on where to get a skidplate and how to install it.  Of course...the car is in a million pieces...so now is the time to do it.

Anyone have any good pict. links to them?  my car is a 70. if that makes any diff.  THANKS!!
