Wow! A lot of junk, but a few treasures in there too. Maybe the property is worth the price, and everything else is just icing. Anybody know what land is going for in that area?

Most of it is in too hard of shape to be worth much. If it was all in good shape - 1.5 well, 1 maybe. But as it - not a chance. you'd spend years cleaning up that stuff to find 90% is junk.
ya well alot of it may be junk,, but with the price of scrap steel you cold still beging to recoup some of your $ just with the crusher. If a person had the time and you could keep it on that site for a few years, you just may turn a nice profit

Boy could you imagine the nightmare of a time you'd have with the EPA if you bought that place!  It's got SuperFund cleanup written all over it!

There is a lot of stuff worth a lot of money, some stuff worth some money and a lot of stuff worth scrap prices. It would take weeks or months to go thru and sort it and then trying to sell it piece by piece could take years. If I had a million to blow maybe I`d make an offer-be fun just to go thru it all!

If the price were cheaper it would be a great retirement gig.

Wow, now that's a pack rat if I've ever seen one!!!  I thought my Father was bad with all the junk he accumulates in the garage...Guess he has him beat and there's even a couple neat parts in that mess of Ford and Chevy junk.  As for the price, I think that's rather far-fetched for rusty parts and a lot of junk pieces.  If the more important things were restored, then it'd be worth the price...I just don't think there's a huge market for millionaires who want to buy a bunch of parts then try to figure out which ones are worth keeping/restoring. ::)
