Posi Differentials for E-body.....Dr.Diff
« on: November 20, 2006 - 11:06:19 AM »
Has  anybody  dealt  with " Dr.Diff".......as far  as having  a problem  and  getting  it  resolved  as opposed to someone  like 'Strange Engineering" . Also  he  uses a rebuildable 4 pinion clutch  unit (Strange  uses a cone style unit  as does Randy's Ring/Pinion)  and Motive Performance gears.....any  body  have  thoughts  on this or  experience  with same......thx.....

I back him up 100%, I have seen nothing better from any company large or small. Cass will take care of you, have no fears, he is a 3rd member specialist/expert all the way.

*BTW, that's "Sure Grip" "Power Lock" or "Trac-Lock".........."Posi" is a GM term  :poopoke:

I second that. Great guy, great pricing, very good products. I did two complete differential re-dos with him this year. I hope to do many more.

 :iagree:

I have his offset hangers and just purchased a power lok from him for my Dana.
He is very helpful if you are doing the work yourself.  I am going to get his rear disc kit next.

I bought some stuff from him to rebuild my dana 80.  He wasn't even home-he was at some big mopar event (I forget which one), but the service was retardedly fast.  The price was also hard to beat.

Do his rears make noise?  I've had two rears rebuilt with new gears and they both sing under load.  Is that a inherant gear thing or a setup thing?  THey wee 3.55's

Got my Dana rearend from Cass - Dr. Diff. What all the others say is true about him and his service is excellent! Fast and priced right with good quality parts all made in USA. All the work is performed in his shop. The thing I liked about him is that you can call him to talk about your build and its progess. He can do any mods you like with many different choise's. Will go to him next time.
