Challenger drip rails.

Are the drip rail moldings the same on 70-74 Challengers? I would think so, but I have some doubt because I seem to remember reading somewhere that they weren't. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I can't think of any reason they aren't. But I haven't worked on any 72-74 s recently though.

I thought the only things changed during the years were the grilles and the rear tail panels, and bumpers. Body parts to me seemed to remain alike.

They are all the same as long as they are Challenger.  The front part is the same as Cuda.

Thank you!!

I knew the openings had to be the same for all years, but I had some doubts about them maybe changing things a little on the moldings. Then maybe the screw holes would be off.  :pullinghair:

I have never seen the screw holes off. They match the weatherstrip insert part and why would Chrysler retool.  If you find yours off.  Drill the body to match the molding and no one will know the difference.
