     :dunno: Can't say I've seen any, and the only carts were used by events staff personel, and they offer a free trolly around the park, as I said I'm not certain, but off hand I'd say no unless you got special permission because of some physical disability.

    Yeah, I got a response from the guy who is running the show, he said no unless I was physically handicapped.
