I am not sure about the '71s, but in 1970 the H5__ cloth Challenger interiors included the carpet on the lower door panels and the rear seat ashtrays.

Here is a picture of the Tuff wheel off of the 70 RT/SE that I had! at least I believe it is a tuff wheel!

so it wasn't an e-body option then ?

Factory option only on A and B's.  They were first available in '71.

I am thinking the mouldings are coming from the code A46? it also has a code m26  and m31 and m44 also has V5X!!! But you asked interior code and that is H5XX

Both the cloth and leather interiors came with lower carpet in '70 and '71.

Ok smart-alect! you'd have cob-webs too if you were parked in a back yard! it is a work in progress remember!!!!! The wild life love it!! I tried to get rid of them before I took the picture and I guess I missed a few!! I will check harder next time!!!  :stomp:

I jsut got a new Tuff wheel today, should look nice on the wall..lol   :roflsmiley:  NOt bad for 11 Bucks.

My survivor RT/SE has the standard wheel...build date 12/69.  'More confusion about SEs!

My car has the standard wheel and was build 11/5/69.....

Maybe the wheel has to do with power steering. Is the half-ringed wheel smaller than the standard wheel?

, but mine has the std. wheel and manual steering. earlier pics on this thread from Alaska T/A makes them seem to be the same diameter....

Wheels are the same, only the partial horn ring is different.
