5.7L Hemi carb intake
« on: January 28, 2007 - 04:59:27 PM »
I was thinking in getting the 5.7L Hemi thing another go, the Crate one with Carb is tempting but that is 8k, so have anyone here seen or heard that they have let the Aluminum M1 Single Plane Intake Manifold with Holley 600 out on the market? Or is someone making intakes for 5.7L Hemi? First i was thinking in buliding a intake myself, does anyone know what intake that are close to work on the 5.7L?

Hey Esgee, are you in the states or outside the US?  If youre in the US, I would be interested in your 5.7 if you decide not to go that route.

sorry, I dont know the answer to your question   :sadwavey:

I live in Sweden(just work in Us a few months of the year), i have allreday sold my old 5.7L but was now thinking in having go at it again. But those are easy to find and cheaper now than before, just check your nearest scrapyard, got my complete with tranny and harness and radiator for 2k.

Yeah if you compare to the Ebay prices it is. It had gone 11500 miles and came from a Durango. It was a guy who tryed to put in a Roadrunner but did give it up. The sick thing is that it took me same money to bring it home(shipped)that i bought it for :22yikes:
