Maybe after all my years with AMC cars I'm easy to impress but the quality of the bumpers, mirrors, exhaust tips, dash pad, ect. ropop parts that I've bought has thrilled me, maybe I've been lucky and didn't get the wrong things I guess. I can't see anything wrong with these parts and I've held them side by side with the originals, if my car was an original hemi Cuda 4 spd convertible I might spend the extra 600% for NOS but excellent repops will do for me.

I have had good luck on the majority of repro parts that I have received. Sheetmetal has not been the greatest, but that is supposedly changing. I will say that the emblems from the Mopar Authentic Restoration parts catalog are far superior to those pieces of crap that you get from Year One.

Troy, it's obvious we'll get no where with this........as far as finishing the 'Cuda, of course not. In this hobby you learn to make do with what is available even if it's not the best, which I'm sure you understand.

Have a good one.

I know I am new here, but I saw this tread and just had to reply.

Within the last year my local friend, Mike Ross, launched a mopar restoration parts business.  He makes all sorts of things under the Mopar restoration license (that means his stuff has original part numbers and pentastars).  For most of you here, you would be interested in his e-body stuff.  I don't want to sell him short on products, because he is adding new ones all the time, but things like lenses, lens housings, grill pieces and many others are available.  I have seen a bunch of this stuff and it is amazing quality and acuracy.  Contact Mike directly for any questions you may have.  Tell him George with the orange Challenger sent ya!  :2thumbs:

I know this post may blur the lines of general/parts for sale, so if it is deemed "out of place" I apologize in advance.  It just seemed appropriate.

Looks like a great site George with a lot of needed parts for our cars  :jumping:Hopefully I can talk to your friend Mike and find out why I have to spend 30 dallors more for a woodgrain rally gauge fascia with top lift written on it as opposed to rear defog :poopoke:
