I like VP, the original, haven't seen the remake, guess I need to watch it again, my friend told me about the camero years ago but when I slowed it down it sure looked like they crashed a Challenger.  I'm sure I saw a Challenger flat hood fly up in the air. Oh well, I need to watch it again anyway, it's always cool.
It was a camaro flat hood, they challengers they used all had bulge hoods.

Also when the end credits are playing, you can see that in the shots of the car the body line is off on the rear quarters, and on one of the fenders there is a 'camaro' badge, painted over white.

I voted for VP, but even though the film was hokey, there were some GREAT driving scenes in the Dukes of Hazzard movie.  The power-slide in the roundabout was sweet!

Also, the '68 Charger in the Blade films was cool, too!

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

I would say VP, Dukes of Hazards for TV show, and fast and furious 1 and 2 for todays generation.

I agree with others, we need Christine on the list

VP (both versions) are #1 but I think Christeen should be #2

The Dukes movie should be in the top five but so should Joe Dirt

As others have said, 67 Camaro was used in the original.
A 383 727 70 Challenger towed the car to it's fiery end. :naughty:

However, in the 1997 Vanishing Point remake (Fox) used a real Challenger in the end crash scene. :crying:
Just like they crashed a real 1968 Black Charger. What's with young Hollywood yuppies wrecking classic cars?!?!
