Anyone use these?  What kind of motor do you have? What kind of sound they put out? :naughty:

I have the delta flow 40 series on my Challenger and they sound good, but I won't ever run Flowmasters again, for me they are just way overplayed. Currently I like the Magnaflow Stainless Series mufflers. That is what I installed on my 440 6 pack 71 cuda and it sounds absolutely *****in.

Noticed that Advance Auto has 10% off Flowmaster & many other performance brands right now.

Had them on a 360 Duster w/ 3" pipes. Didn't like them as much as the 14" glasspacks I took off. Just me though. I am going to try Spintech next.

Nikkii came with 40's but I don't know which series. Deep throaty and unmistakeably Hemi!   :2thumbs:  :2thumbs:

Had them on my duster.  3 inch inlet and and outlets.  440 cu, small cam, 10.5:1 compression.  Sounded good at idle and sounded good at WOT.  Cruise SUCKED.  Interior resonance was horrible.

unless you don't care about the fillings in your teeth vibrating, I wouldn't put them on. (harmonic resonance is awful)

I have 50 Flowmaster's on the Cuda. 2 1/2" with a X-pipe out the back. Sounds good, plus I put jute padding down on the entire floor and inner wheelhouses to keep some of the interior noise down.

I don't have a problem with my 40's. Just make sure one of the exhaust pipes isn't touching your floor boards as mine was when I bought it.   :stomp: That was annoying even at a stop light. I honestly don't notice it being loud until I get above 2000 RPM. With a 3:23 rear, I only go 2500 or so on the hiway anyway, so it isn't bad. Even for a few hours. But then again, maybe I'm hearing impaired? Women complain I don't hear them.
