426 hemi exhaust manifolds question....

I have a 426 hemi that is going into my 70 Barracuda. It has factory exhaust manifolds that are cast numbers
2780508 pass side 1966-1970 B E body manifold
2780501 drivers side 1966 -69 B body manifold

So I have the correct manifold for the passenger side.

Can I use the drivers side manifold and go with a 70 E body factory exhaust? Do I have to find
3418453 drivers side 1970 -71 B E body manifold
