daily driver?
« on: February 16, 2007 - 04:14:43 PM »
I haven't decided on wether to keep it or not?But was thinking of making it a daily driver, slant six,ac,rear defroster, auto. This car is complete except for a front seat, headliner is in the garage.Trunk is shot but frame is excellent, needs a few spots fixed but it runs awsome.

My first real car was a 74 slant-6. Is that a 75?? I have often had the same thought. How cool would it be to have a slant-6 as a daily driver now?  :cooldancing: At least the gas mileage would be respectable with the one barrel carb.

Sounds like it would be a good daily driver.

Looks like a keeper if it runs!

Throw on a set of Rallies or Cragars and call it a day!

Maybe one of you could answer this for me,I have a split bench seat from my 69 barracuda. Will it bolt in to the original holes for the bench seat in the dart?I know that I can measure it,it's just that the seat is in the upper part of my garage, and will take more than an hour just to get to it.

Thanks Tom
I have a set of rally's already, kinda want to go a little old school with a set of torqu thrusts on the Cuda.As far as the cars and parts go,its a little jam packed right now.But I hid the 70 barracuda out behind the garage, the 69 cuda gets the garage space, the 70 challenger is covered up outside alongside the dart right now.And the 72 challenger is in pieces all over the garage.
