My R/T SE was missing it's headliner when i purchased it and although i've picked up the three cardboard pieces over the years, they are in rough shape. Recently i googled around for ideas on replacing the cardboard with something more durable and linked up with the page below...

Googling stratacore yielded this as one of the listed links...
http://www.epartypaper.com/Coroplast-Outdoor-Board.htmlThat's as far as i've dug to this point. Maybe someone makes the stuff thicker than 4mm and it could be the answer to a lot of folks cardboard headliner issues or not but i can't say as i've yet to eyeball stratacore in person
Monday i plan to inquire at Dante's. Hope this may help some.
