Nice, is that a factory dash piece or a custom one? I am debating putting all my autometers into the dash also.

Looks good!  I see we have the same wiring harness aka rats nest.

How did you mount the tach?  Did you screw it into the console or use some kind of adhesive?

factory dash with aluminum plate over it...the guages themselves fastened the 2 together...I screwed the tach to the console.

A brushed black anodized plate that matches the end curves of the original wood grain, bolted to the dash with black allen screws would look mean. :)

That's what I'd plan to do anyway.

Leaving a 1/8-1/4" gap from the dash to the face plate and fitting some thin red light strips between the two all around the perimeter would look pretty sweet as well.

The same treatment would have to be applied to the center console and the overhead console as well.

Are those steel or aluminum? They look pretty cool either way. Very race inspired.

[edit] I guess they're aluminum. :)

Looks familar.

Did you have any problems with the guy that sells the plate? It has been along time ago but I think we had problems with him sending us another peice. He was suppose to send us a console panel for free for the hassle. We never got either one. My dad is who dealt with him so I don't remember exactly what happend.
