How is the console fastened to the floor-mounted brackets?

Specifically, what kind of hardware was used from the factory.
Bonus points for anyone who can tell me where to actually find the stuff. :-)
I didn't see it listed on RT specialties which seems to be the default stop for all things fastener.

The correct screw is a phillips with a captive washer. You can use a washer and separate screw for the correct look. The screw is 1/2 inch long. The head is 3/8 diameter. I do not know where to get the screw with the captive washer.

Thanks for the pic.
That's very helpful.
The rest of the recently-restored console is done in stainless fasteners, so 100% accuracy isn't necessary. Just reasonable correctness. :-)
