there is a cuda on ebay claiming to have a t/a 340 in it, anyone looking for their original engine????

appears to be a casting number not a serial number, call and ask if your looking for yours

Pardon my ignorance but why do you think it has 2 shifters?  :clueless:
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

On some of the older race trannies, the second lever was reverse.  You would place the main shifter in neutral and then use the second shifter to put it in reverse.  They used it to keep from accidentally shifting into reverse after the burnout when going into first gear to begin the run......      :cooldancing:
